Subject: How to manipulate a camera path?



        I'm having a problem defining a camera path that doesn't have a
rollercoaster-like dip in it.
        I've got a building (a cut-away NASA wind tunnel) and my camera
location is up and out. I've got a key frame at the beginning of the
sequence that matches the end-frame from another camera move. When I create
a key frame at the end of my second animation sequence, moving down, in,
and changing pitch, the camera path has this huge dip in it.
        I've tried changing the splines to linear, but with no obvious
effect. I've also experimented with the three spline paramenters -- bias,
tension, and continuity -- but haven't gotten the path I want. I've also
tried putting key frames between my start and end points to force the path
straight, but all that does is increase the frequency of the the dips.
        What do I need to do to create a straight camera path?
